none of us is as smart as all of us, and if the public has access to these records immediately, they are able to go and look at the records. because each individual typically has things they are more concerned about when it comes to the political process. they will be focused on to a aspects of these forms, and as a result, you will get many, many people who will be able to review these forms and point out any problems that may exist. i think open government and especially with this election coming up, we need to avoid the senator cornyn situation at the last election, which is people coming in and saying they want to get a hold of records pertaining to contributions, and they will not give it to us, and they would say they would give them a letter, but ethics would not enforce it, so then they would tell them that they had better go to court. they would not give it to you until after the election. >> ok, commissioners. larry. i just want to set and the notion that there should be a timeline when these things should go off on a public access database. what i was looking at form 700 f

i'd think most were surprised at the alternative check out that they can use. i think they did not do a formal sit-down presentation. we have a lot of merchants that would bring in a lot of their bags and say, "would these qualify?" i think they really felt comfortable having a better understanding when they brought their own bags that they are currently using to see if they would qualify or not. two, we answered a lot of questions about grocery. plastic bags that they currently used to wrap food in or other food products, if they would be counted or not counted, so we addressed a lot of these on the mental issues kind of one-on-one rather than in a large setting, and that was successful for us. the fee that we have been getting is very positive. one of the recommendations is that we have been holding these events in the early mornings, and there is to think about doing another round in the evening. that is something we are also looking at as we continue to move forward so we can capture the early morning folks who are free. >> i think that would be good to hav
